Sintered Diamond Balde

Cutter-mall Diamond Segment Sintering Technology

The image shows Cutter-mall’s hot-press sintering equipment used for producing diamond saw blade segments. This process is a key step to ensure that the segments possess high hardness and excellent bonding strength. By proportionally mixing diamond grits with metal bonding agents (such as copper, iron, cobalt, etc.), then pressing the mixture into shape and sintering it under high temperature and pressure, we produce dense, durable, and wear-resistant segments.

The sintering process mainly includes: powder mixing → mold pressing → green compact forming → high-temperature hot pressing → cooling and demolding. The equipment shown is equipped with precision temperature control and hydraulic pressure systems, ensuring even and stable temperature and pressure throughout the sintering process, which greatly improves product consistency, strength, and service life.

Compared to conventional pressureless sintering, hot-press sintering offers higher density and bonding strength, making it especially suitable for manufacturing cutting tools for hard materials such as granite, marble, and concrete. This process is a crucial guarantee for our factory’s high-quality product output. Currently, we are equipped with five hot-press sintering machines, providing stable batch production capacity to meet various customer requirements for high-performance diamond segments.
